Omelet-Making with Dr. Mickey Latour

ANSC 102, an orientation class for freshman, introduces students to dairy, poultry, and meat animals and their respective food products.   During this class, the students got a chance to try their hands at making omelets.   The funds for the food were provided by the Indiana State Poultry Association and local Poultry producers.
