Omelet-Making with Dr. Mickey Latour
| ANSC 102, an orientation class for freshman, introduces students to dairy, poultry, and meat animals and their respective food products. During this class, the students got a chance to try their hands at making omelets. The funds for the food were provided by the Indiana State Poultry Association and local Poultry producers. |
