There are many fish diagnostic services available here in the United States that should be able to assist you. Several can be located on the Internet by using the AquaNIC website (http://aquanic.org). One site that might be helpful is the Leetown Science Center, U.S. National Fish Health Laboratory. Their web site address (URL) is: http://www.lsc.nbs.gov/fhl/lsc-fhl.htm

You might also try contacting any of the authors of aquaculture fish health extension publications that are available on this topic, such as Dr. Robert M. Duborow at Kentucky State University (bdurborow@gwmail.kysu.edu). I hope this helps.
